Due to federal regulations established by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF), Palm Beach Vapors must adhere to the following laws:
 

1. No Free Samples: According to 21 CFR § 1140.16(d)(1), “No manufacturer, distributor, or retailer may distribute any free samples of cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, or other tobacco products.”
    

2. Age Verification: Anyone appearing under the age of 27 must present a valid government ID. You must be 21 years or older to enter our establishment. As of December 20, 2019, federal law (known as “Tobacco 21” or “T21”) prohibits the sale of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, to anyone under 21. This law applies to all retail establishments with no exceptions. Palm Beach Vapors reserves the right to deny any sale if we suspect the purchase is for a minor.
    

3. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on the following:

   • E-liquid

   • Nicotine disposables

   • Vapor devices (e.g., pod systems, box mods, disposables, tanks, RDAs)

   • Batteries (including 510 threaded batteries and 18650 batteries)

   • Coils and/or pods

   • Accessories (e.g., battery chargers, drip tips, battery cases)

   • CBD/Delta-8/Delta-10 products

   • Glassware
      

Palm Beach Vapors retains the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange for any reason. While most device companies offer a limited warranty, we cannot process warranty claims but will help you obtain the necessary information to contact the manufacturer.
 

1. Shipping Restrictions: Due to the PACT Act, we cannot ship vapor products to consumers. This amendment prohibits using the U.S. Postal Service to ship e-cigarettes, vapes, and smokeless tobacco products, applying to all interstate commerce and delivery sales.
